1. Purpose
The program allocates genuinely constrained ChronoSense supply through clear rules that protect source integrity, quality, existing members and appropriate future access.
Allocation Charter
This Version 1.0 charter is a transparent policy framework for the founding release. Final legal terms and commercial amounts must be approved before allocation acceptance.
The program allocates genuinely constrained ChronoSense supply through clear rules that protect source integrity, quality, existing members and appropriate future access.
A waitlist, application, referral or queue position does not create ownership, inventory reservation, a purchase right or guaranteed invitation.
During the founding phase, each household may hold one active membership tier. Duplicate records, tier stacking and transfers may be cancelled.
An allocation becomes active only after the applicant sees and accepts final price, contents, release timing, billing, shipping, cancellation, warnings and program terms through the approved commerce flow.
Standing requires current payment, eligibility, compliant use, accurate account information and adherence to anti-resale and conduct rules.
Active members may receive priority review for renewal according to tier and capacity. Priority is not permanent access and remains subject to eligibility, supply and final terms.
Upgrades enter the relevant availability process. Downgrades may reduce future priority because capacity is reserved by tier. Tier stacking is not permitted.
Membership, Founding Member status and allocations are personal to the approved household and may not be transferred, brokered or resold except where final terms expressly permit a limited household change.
EHP Reserve is the apex membership tier. The Allocation Reserve List is the sold-out waiting mechanism. Neither phrase should be used to imply the other.
DeepSense will avoid fake countdowns, fabricated inventory and ambiguous status. Material changes to rules will be dated, versioned and communicated before they bind an accepted allocation.
