Membership Terms

A clear framework pending final commercial approval.

These Version 1.0 website terms describe the planned membership structure. They do not create an offer, price, allocation or binding product entitlement before final terms are published and accepted.

Status and scope

The ChronoSense Enhanced Healthspan Program is planned as a 12-month allocation delivered through four releases. Final product, price, billing and market terms are not yet published in Version 1.0.

Eligibility

The default founding release is planned for adults 18 or older in the United States, subject to final product-specific restrictions, warnings, shipping and legal readiness.

Formation of membership

No membership is formed by viewing the site, joining a waitlist, entering a queue or submitting a Reserve application. Membership begins only through the final approved acceptance and payment flow.

Billing and payment

The planned choices are annual prepay or quarterly billing against a 12-month commitment. Final amounts, taxes, failed-payment rules and cancellation consequences will be displayed before acceptance.

Included benefits

Only products, releases, education, events and support expressly included in the accepted tier are guaranteed, subject to final terms and force-majeure or safety provisions.

Qualified privileges

Priority consideration, future formats, professional connections and research information remain subject to availability, suitability and separate rules. They are not guaranteed benefits unless expressly included.

Use and conduct

Members must follow approved directions, respect household and non-resale rules, avoid misuse and use community spaces responsibly.

Health and regulatory boundary

The program does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Product claims, directions, contraindications and warnings are specific to the final product and market.

Privacy and communications

Transactional communications necessary to administer a request or membership are distinct from optional marketing email and SMS consent. Public forms do not request sensitive medical records.

Changes and governing terms

Final counsel-approved terms will identify governing law, dispute process, amendment notices and the version binding each accepted allocation.

Legal status: production-ready content framework, not final legal advice or a live consumer offer. Replace with counsel-approved terms before commercial acceptance is enabled.
